OUR LEADERSHIP

Catina J. Flowers, PMP, is the Principal and Owner of Flowtility Business Solutions. Ms. Flowers has an extensive background in business development, business management, operational management, information technology management and services, project management, technical writing, financial management and debt consolidation. Ms. Flowers received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Information Systems Management and Technology from the University of Maryland Baltimore County. While pursuing her undergraduate degree, Ms. Flowers was the Operational Manager for several large wireless carriers which led her to her owning, opening and operating her own wireless retail business. Ms. Flowers was the youngest Black woman to own and operate a business in the historic Union Station in Washington, D.C., starting her first business at the age of 26. After a few years of operation, Ms. Flowers pursued a career in IT as a Business Analyst. After leading several million dollar projects at Amtrak as a Business Analyst, Ms. Flowers began studying project management where she earned a Master of Science degree in Technology Management: Project Management from University of Maryland University College.  Ms. Flowers experience with project management and bringing IT services to government clients led her to working with firms as a consultant to multiple federal agencies. Ms. Flowers has overseen and managed several large IT contracts for various federal agencies. Ms. Flowers later earned several IT and industry related accreditations which include. ITIL4, CSM, and  PMP certifications. She has also been a large contributor on technical proposals winning  contracts worth several millions of dollars. Through her own personal experiences with her business and through supporting other businesses, Ms. Flowers has dedicated her services to helping individuals reach their goals of becoming successful business owners and investors.
